HELLO SEC2 CCACs. Thank you for attending yesterday's meeting despite having a busy week, below would be the routine that we have come up together earlier yesterday. The song is to be confirmed again, but we will be sticking to "FOUR MINUTES" for now. Do remember to memorise the steps, as the next meeting would be on the 16 august( 2 weeks plus from now). Practice infront of mirror, friends will help! haha. WARMUP routine: -Head Rotation -Reach out for the stars -Open, Close, Clap -Small, Big, Small Clap -Lift, Lift, Eagle -Sumo MAIN routine -Jogging on spot -Bus -"HA" clap -Punching -Scooping -Elbow to Knee COOLDOWN routine -Swimming strokes -Stretch arm -Taichi -Karate -"Shifu" there u go, our very own 2008 aces day routine. *clapclap* PS: sorry for the funny names :) Next thing would be the Sports Fiesta. there would be a meeting before 2nd August. probably on the upcoming thursday, please listen for the announcement, thank you. And lastly, like what Nana has said, please remember to attend your gym/I-CARE duty. If you are not able to attend on that day, do find a person to sub you ASAP. Thanks.
